Studies: Graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, Lawyer and Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras; Graduated from the Master Program in Comparative Jurisprudence at the New York University School of Law, USA; Course at the Academy of American and International Law of the Southern Methodist University, USA; course on Law of the Sea at the Diplomatic Academy of Peru; and a fellow of the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowship in 1968. He is a member of the Honduran Bar Association.
